Water, barley malt (gluten), corn extract & of hops. There are a handful of yeasts that aren't Ale or Lager, and each one has its own special flavor and profile. To add a small portion of Black Malt you have to guess the amount that will be used, and you will see below in the recipe that I choose to use only a small portion of Special B to give this beer the necessary color (and a little more complexity in the flavor of the malt). Personally, I haven't produced a beer fermented solely with Brett's yeast, but based on my readings, those beers tend to be less fun and fruity (esters) are the main characteristic of yeast.
