Locally produced hard seltzers will come in two flavors (26% lemon, lime and raspberry) in thin 300 ml cans, which contain 5.5% alcohol by volume. The new category of hard carbonated beverages (sparkling water mixed with alcohol and fruit flavors) is growing dramatically in South Africa, and Flying Fish is the latest brand to add a hard soda to its range of alcoholic beverages. The Flying Fish Seltzer comes packaged in a smaller 300 ml thin can, which can be taken right out of the can, with a straw or in a glass garnished with fruit.
